Our Hands-on Experiences

Our involvement have been in the following projects:

Project Financing:

ü  US$ 150 million project, building a highly specialized Heart Surgery Hospital called , Advanced International Heart Care(AIHC), main emphasis on robotic surgery. Financed through Suppliers' credit + syndications. Location in Dubai Health Care City (DHCC), UAE. Our involvement: Preparation of Bankable Documents and  finance negotiations, private placement.

ü  US$ 230 million buy-back project, re-construction and drilling of oil wells in Masjid-e-Soleyman, South Iran, Ahwaz Province. Financed through Private Placement. Our involvement: Finance Management
 

ü  US$ 230 million buy-back project, re-construction and drilling of oil wells in Masjid-e-Soleyman, South Iran, Ahwaz Province. Financed through Private Placement. Our involvement: Finance Management
 

ü  US$ 330 million project, phases 9 & 10 of south pars gas drilling project. Financed through Deutche Bank extended credit lines and National Petrochemical Company of Iran.  Our involvement: Finance Structuring and liaison with foreign banks.
 

ü  US$ 35 million project for private entity, which was in a process of obtaining financial facilities from Islamic Development Bank (IDB) and/or its affiliates.  Our involvement was to work with their consultant and assist them in preparation of required bankable documents, to analyze , review & comment about the company's financial strength and its subsidiaries.
 

ü  Euro 65 million project for building the KAHIR Dam in Sistan & Baluchistan, by The Sistan & Baluchistan Water Organization. Financed through IDB. Our involvement: to assist and follow up in preparation of Security Package.

Special Assistance Grant:

ü  A Government Organization, had been granted US$ 1 million though multi-lateral bank to construct rehab. Center, to purchase medical equipment and … the project was almost dead. With our assistance and advise the project has gotten underway. Our involvement: preparation of required bankable documents, and to liaison with the multi-lateral bank.

Other Projects: 

ü  Financial & Technical Evaluation of Tondgoyan Petrochemical Company, located in Mahshahr. Our involvement: requested by their board of directors, our tasks entaied analysis of company's last three year  audited reports, interviewing the key personnel and recommending ways and means of  improving company's profitability and efficiencies.
